When Briggs & Stratton discovered that making incremental, rapid changes to their site delivered better results, they integrated ForeSee with their A/B testing platform, Adobe Target. During the September 23 keynote, David Cluka, director of customer experience at Briggs & Stratton, will share how he creates different recipes in the platform that allow him to address specific user pain points. He will also discuss how he uses filters in the ForeSee portal to see how these changes impact their Satisfaction and Task Accomplishment scores. In the last 18 months, Dave has helped Briggs & Stratton achieve a 10-point increase in Satisfaction and a 9-point increase in Task Accomplishment.

With more than 12 years at Briggs & Stratton, he is well-versed in translating business strategies into digital marketing programs to grow business globally. He earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and IT, and also has a master’s degree in engineering management. Recently appointed to the role of director of customer experience and marketing technology, Dave is now responsible for integrating the company’s digital and customer service teams with a focus on understanding the customer journeys, delivering a seamless experience across touch points, and defining the necessary marketing technology roadmap.
