Engagement is more important than ever before, and business-to-business (B2B) companies are using brand storytelling to cut through the morass of the market and connect customers directly to their brands.

Kim Metcalf-Kupres, vice president and chief marketing officer of Johnson Controls, will share the role that brand storytelling plays in customer engagement during “How Johnson Controls Empowered its Global Leadership to Bring the Company’s Story to Life,” a BMA Milwaukee keynote speakers series event on Wednesday, Oct. 8.
