Mapping your customer’s holistic experience, from their point of view, can offer insights that are more comprehensive than traditional methods. It will also highlight areas that are working and those that aren’t.

Register for the April 11 morning workshop explore ways to understand and map the customer experience — starting prior to initial contact with your brand all the way through the lifecycle of your offerings. Amy Majerowski and Cindy Sellers from amplify insights + innovation, a local firm helping companies develop innovation strategies based on solid user understanding, will:

  • Share how to contrast the current experience with the ideal to identify gaps that help focus improvement efforts and provide strategic direction
  • Help you get started on creating a User Journey Map for your specific business case

 

Note: The Morning Workshop will be held in the Todd Wehr Auditorium. The Todd Wehr Auditorium is on the river level of the building. Signs will be posted at the front desk when you enter the building. Or, ask a security representative to direct you.
