Johnson Controls CMO Highlights Value of Brand Storytelling at BMA Milwaukee Connect2 Event

Engagement is more important than ever before, and business-to-business (B2B) companies are using brand storytelling to cut through the morass of the market and connect customers directly to their brands.

Kim Metcalf-Kupres, vice president and chief marketing officer of Johnson Controls, will share the role that brand storytelling plays in customer engagement during “How Johnson Controls Empowered its Global Leadership to Bring the Company’s Story to Life,” a BMA Milwaukee keynote speakers series event on Wednesday, Oct. 8.

This keynote is a Connect2 BMA Regional Conference Series event, an industry-wide series which brings together more than 800 business marketers in eight cities across three continents.
“Stories are universally appealing to all consumers. Today, B2B companies that have mastered connecting with consumers on an intellectual and emotional level dominate the marketplace,” said Andrea Hubbert, president of BMA Milwaukee.  “We look forward to hearing how Johnson Controls turned the company’s 130-year history into a compelling brand story.”

Event sponsors include the following companies: Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) (executive sponsor), McDill Design (presenting sponsor), Aquent (supporting sponsor) and PR Newswire (in-kind sponsor).
