According to Scott Brinker's Chief Martech Blog, marketers are now asked to choose from nearly ~7000 technologies that impact the customer experience, align marketing and sales, and unify individual tools into integrated platforms. Our third programming series will explore key issues such as how marketers can maximize CRM, how to leverage marketing automation, and how to maximize various technologies (without an IT Degree!) The Platform series is planned from April - June 2019.
